I’m Carmen — a Registered Psychotherapist and Reiki Grandmaster supporting people through deep healing.

My practice is grounded in evidence-based care and rooted in heart-centered wisdom. I draw from EMDR, mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and trauma-informed care to help you meet yourself with more clarity, compassion, and courage.

Healing, for me, is about returning to the truth of who you are — not just managing symptoms. I work integratively, weaving clinical modalities and spiritual psychotherapy to support the whole of you: mind, body, psyche, and spirit.

I specialize in walking with people through complex trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, spiritual crises, and the sacred mess of transformation.
